Welcome to the web site of Avalon Distribution Company / Purple Dolphin.

Our company wishes to invoke the timeless energy of Avalon: The place closest to heaven and earth. A place of magic and healing, where the old ways were honored. Avalon's hopes are to pass some of this enchanting love and healing to you.

At Avalon, we strive to bring you wonderful items that our retail customers will love, and our wholesale customers will love to share with their customers. We carry a wide range of best selling items that are priced to sell.

Avalon's jewelry is sterling silver or gold fill, with semi-precious stones. Our Purple Dolphin pendulums are handcrafted by talented artisans. Each pendulum comes with an information card that explains how to dowse and use the pendulum. We also offer a variety of other items, including; Scarves & Sarongs, Statues, Magical Oils, Ganesa Incense, Taos Sage, Velvet Display Pillows and more.

TERMS OF SALE

All retail orders on this web site are payable by check or credit card. For wholesale orders, our terms are prepaid, C.O.D., or credit card.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Make checks payable to Avalon Distribution. All returned checks will be charged accordingly.

SHIPPING: To offer you the lowest shipping rates, we will calculate your actual shipping costs and charge you that plus a $4 handling fee per order. We ship with US Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground depending on order size, distance and delivery speed requirements.

CLAIMS: Upon receipt of order, please check each item thoroughly, if dissatisfied please contact us within 7 working days and we will replace the product. After 7 working days we charge a 15% restocking fee for credit only. We do not accept shipments of merchandise without prior notification.

PRODUCT: Artisans exclusively create our product line.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We accept special requests, but we require 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. All special orders are subject to price change.

NEW ACCOUNTS: There is no mimimum order for retail sales. Minimum opening wholesale order is $100.

BACK ORDERS: We ask that you reorder for orders under $50.00.

WEB SITE ERRORS: While we strive to offer proper descriptions and photos of our inventory, we reserve the right to make corrections to errors or omissions that may occur on this web site.

The company will meet the purchaser's delivery request as nearly as possible but cannot guarantee shipment on any particular date. The company's responsibilities of product ceases upon delivery of goods to carrier. Conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
